Dump pouch with stiffened collar. The Cordura construction allows the bag to be folded and rolled up when not in use to take up less space on the belt. After unfolding the bag, the collar stiffening made of durable material makes it easier to place and remove items. The bottom of the bag is made of nylon mesh, so it does not collect moisture or sand.
