Our good friends at The Secret Garden Distillery are the only people who have access to that 2 000-year-old wood and they must climb hundreds of metres to harvest the botanicals there. We’re keeping the unique recipe secret but we will tell you that as well as that rare and magical juniper the ingredients include coriander dandelion and Scots pine.
