This is an antique Allentown, PA U.S. Post Office hat Badge or pin.  It's hallmarked on the back "N. C. Walter & Sons New York".   The badge measures approximately 2 1/2 inches in length and is about 2 inch in height. It is in great condition with no damage to note.  This is a very rare piece.  Almost all badges from the early 1900's only show "Letter Carrier" on the badge, not the city and state.  A fantastic and very rare piece for the collector of Allentown, PA or postal memorabilia.
